Our system is specially configured for the customer's specific geographical & solar insulation condition (based on 30 years historical average weather data by NASA) for up to 14 hours of operation per night as required by the customer even in areas with little sunshine. To prevent false activation, a photocell is NOT used to activate the light at sunset. Electronics are used to sense sunset utilizing the solar panels to activate the lamp. Consequently, there are no timers to reset caused by seasonal variation throughout the year.
