WHY AAES

AAES Inc. was formed back in 1989, a San Francisco, California based engineering, integration, construction and maintenance companies. AAES is a multi-disciplined engineering &consulting firm that provides electrical, mechanical, and civil/structural engineering services for new and existing facilities. AAES successfully completed many projects for a variety of clients both in the public and private sectors. The quality of our work and the success of the projects have resulted in much repeat work for AAES. AAES can provide complete services from project conception to construction. The services include: project management, master planning, engineering studies and analyses, construction management, vendor drawing review, training manuals, testing procedures, and training and testing assistance.

Also, AAES works with companies to supplement their staff to provide project plan, project control, project execution, project processes, and business plan/implementation. The primary function is to develop, implement and support processes to ensure systems production and processes meet or exceed quality standards and customer expectations.

The key areas we develop for our clients are Project Management Office (PMO), Program Quality Assurance (PQA) and Process Development Procedures (PDP). The PMO design, develops, implements and supports project management processes, standards and practices system development life cycle methodology, project management training and skills enhancement efforts, project quality assurance, change control and documentation management. PQA defines implements and supports test processes, standards practices, tools, performs validation against business performance and operational requirements, establishes a test environment infrastructure and assist in program quality review. PDP assures project measures and standards are utilized.
